Dec. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Six skiers were injured when their

chairlift derailed at Sugarloaf Mountain, Maine’s second-highest

peak, causing them to drop as much as 30 feet to the ground.

The accident occurred around 10:30 a.m. at the Spillway

East lift, according to a statement posted on the resort’s

website today.

This one is to keep people employed, the last thing we need is more lift operating difficulties in the Catskills. Belleayre Mountain in NY is a state owned resort that hasn't been then most effective resort, but still no one deserves to get cut just because people won't take a pay-cut or a simple downgrade in desk size.
