In just three years,our Gear Guide has gone from having zero to now 170 different boards that feature some sort of alternative camber design. The reason? Different bottom contours and board shapes react differently to riding styles and terrain—they’re something new and different. But really, their sweeping popularity can be attributed to one thing: it can make snowboarding easier. Powder float, butters, and jib mobility are achieved with less effort while the chances of catching your edge is minimized.

Transworld Snowboarding Presents: Get Real
Get Real - Transworld's 2009-2010 Snow Film from vas entertainment on Vimeo.
Transworld has been advertising this all over their website, and I must admit it is worth the wait. This line up includes Ikka Backstrom, Chris Grenier, Scott Stevens, Jed Anderson, Scotty Lago, and Eero Niemla just to name a few.Get Real is a smooth video, the riders' creativity lead to a fun film. Scott Stevens steals the show again using his skate influenced style to blow people minds once again. This video although fun, never really takes off like you want it too. It remains consistent, never really trying to push it to the limit with anything that hasn't been done yet. Personally, I was not a huge fan of the soundtrack.
