This article makes it seem like snowboarding cannot be accepted into the world of "Big Money". She writes "However, each of the companies' sizable investment in just one athlete's training was unprecedented and, for some, shockingly expensive for what was a rag-tag sport." I firmly believe that this "rag-tag sport" does not have to have big business in order for it to remain around.
